Kristin Payne is the newest addition to our team and is already making a big impact. Bringing with her a lifetime of experience, a deep appreciation for North Texas, and a growing passion for our local real estate market she has already made several impressive sales and facilitated deals with her very strong negotiation skills.
Being raised in a family that handles both residential and commercial real estate, it was a natural decision for Kristin to become a Realtor. She studied abroad before transferring to SMU and graduating in 2019 with her Bachelor’s degree in Markets & Culture and a minor in Sociology of Nonprofit Organizations.
Born in Highland Park but raised on the grounds of Willow Bend Polo Club in Little Elm, Kristin is a native Texan and a United States Polo Association-ranked Polo Player. She considers her time on the field and the time with her horses to be time well spent. She enjoys traveling to a variety of destinations, but visits the gorgeous Pacific blue waters of Costa Careyes, Mexico, as often as possible.
It’s not every day you get to leverage your interests and your talents to help others and serve the local community, but Kristin is excited to do just that as a part of Compass, The Jackie Dorbritz Group, and Dallas Golf Homes.
