Frisco, Texas has been the highlight of many articles in the last few years. Whether it’s a company headquarters moving to the area or another phenomenal amenity being added to our roster, there is much to love in this part of North Texas. In fact, in 2018, Frisco topped MONEY Magazine's prestigious list of the "50 Best Places to Live in America." For all the attention this fact has garnered, it’s not really news to us. It’s a Frisco cliche that still remains true: Frisco is a great place to live, work, and play.
Today, we’re presenting 5786 Park Lane, an extraordinary estate in the exclusive guard-gated Stonebriar Park. Near Legacy Drive and State Highway 121, this unique neighborhood offers location, beauty, and security to its residents.
There are so many gorgeous spaces in this home, and it all starts in the entryway. Stunning chandeliers and shining marble floors welcome you. The expansive hallways usher you toward the living room, but offer an office, media/theater room, and a separate dining room along the way. It’s an incredible use of space and there is so much to enjoy here.
The living room has an understated classic comfort about it, with lots of natural light and the warmth of a gas log fireplace. To the left, the Chef’s kitchen features gorgeous quartz countertops and Ann Saks backsplash plus built-in wine cooler, fridge, and dual ovens. There’s also space to eat-in, either in a breakfast nook or at a countertop bar.
Primary suite is large, with a sitting area/reading nook and access to the covered patio. The ensuite bath has been extensively updated with new flooring, fixtures, a garden tub, separate shower, dual vanities, a custom storage system, and Ann Saks tile throughout.
Two more bedrooms with ensuite baths become private guest suites while offering another flex space, perfect for a fourth bedroom, workout room, or secondary office. We could honestly ramble on for several more paragraphs, itemizing every feature we love. But for the sake of time, let us just say that the list of impressive features feels endless. From smart home accessibility, beautiful outdoor lighting, and a putting green, to new HVAC units, and an updated attic space - this house is ready to be your next home!
When you’re ready to enjoy all that the surrounding area has to offer, we’d like to suggest a few of our favorite spots:
Stonebriar Country Club: Features two 18-hole championship golf courses, a spectacular clubhouse, and family-friendly programming. With extraordinary benefits for memberships of all categories, it's easy to see why Avid Golfer consistently ranks Stonebriar Country Club among Dallas-Fort Worth's most elite private clubs. If you’d like to know more about all the DFW golfing scene, be sure to download our EXCLUSIVE PDF - DFW Guide to Golf Courses.
The Star: More than the world headquarters of the Dallas Cowboys, The Star is the perfect place to shop, dine, and experience the Dallas Cowboys-themed campus. Our listing agent, Arian Orlando, said that she loves to visit Lombardi’s because it has brought such a modern twist to so many Italian favorites (and a vast selection of wine from all over the world). Happy Hour at The Common Table is always a good idea too - their specialty cocktails and appetizer menu do not disappoint. If you’re looking for shopping, we know every Texan needs a great pair of boots and Lucchese at The Star would be one of our first stops!
Legacy West: Just across 121 into Plano, this destination invites you to shop all your favorite brands and dine at over 20 delicious restaurants and eateries! We highly recommend happy hour at Tommy Bahama (maybe a Pineapple Paradisio or a Bahia Sangria) followed by a casual dinner at Earl’s Kitchen + Bar (maybe the sea bass, crab cakes and truffle fries). Their curated boutiques and retail stores can also keep us busy for days! From J. Crew and Levi’s to Frontgate and Neighborhood Goods, you’re sure to find something you and your home cannot live without.
Grandscape: Hoping to provide guests one location for a variety of experiences, Grandscape is presenting a shopping and dining area unlike anything else in DFW. For great live music, look no further than their plaza (behind the largest Scheel’s store in the US) or find some amazing tribute bands and a few actual headliners on the main stage of Lava Cantina. If excitement is more your speed, be sure to visit Andretti Indoor Carting (yep, indoor go-carts that let you drive up to 35mph!). Grandscape also has the only local ferris wheel that’s open year-round. Just a few other notable mentions include Puttery and Truck Yard. This area is still growing and they are getting ready to welcome several more stores and restaurants in 2022.
Many residents have chosen this location in the heart of North Texas so they can have a short commute. Frisco’s renowned North Platinum Corridor is an urban spine that continues to impress, bringing many corporate headquarters (such as Toyota, AT&T, FedEx, Liberty Mutual, PepsiCo, and DXC Technology) to the area. Also, being close to a world-renowned airport doesn’t hurt if you have to travel for work or leisure.
It’s been our pleasure to provide this virtual tour of 5786 Park Lane. We know that some of the best features here can only be experienced in person. If you’re interested in a tour, please let us know and we can let you see this space for yourself. We here at the Jackie Dorbritz Group and Dallas Golf Homes understand and appreciate how complicated and overwhelming the home buying or selling process can be and our entire team has been privileged to help hundreds of clients navigate this process. But we also believe there’s nothing like coming home and that all the effort always pays off! Helping you find a place to call home - one that speaks to your likes and lifestyle - is a priority for us. Let us help you have a seamless and successful experience!
