From the first moment you enter the Lobby, you can tell that there is something special about this address. Ride the elevator to the fourth floor, open the door to #404, and get ready to be impressed. Most people are drawn to the far wall and the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to a balcony that overlooks Downtown, the resort-style pool, and all of the meticulously manicured grounds. Take a moment to enjoy the view, but then join us on a tour of this unit’s many other incredible features.
All of the main living spaces share an open floor plan. Tall ceilings are accented by crown moldings, really defining the space and giving you room to breathe. The dining area easily accommodates seating for 8 and flows into the living area where you find more space to settle in. No matter where you are in this room, you can’t ignore the view. It’s the perfect blend of natural scenery and city skyscape.
One of our favorite rooms in this condo is the offset Chef’s kitchen. Complete with Viking, Sub-Zero, and Bosch appliances, it has been cleverly designed to consider beauty and function. In the kitchen, there are plenty of cabinets but you have extra storage in the pantry and separate laundry room. Across from the refrigerator, there is a large built-in cabinet that has spacious shelves with its own electrical outlets for all of your small appliances. It’s not hard to see how perfect this space is for entertaining.
This unit boasts two master suites, one on either side of the living room. They both offer stunning views of Downtown, access to the balcony/patio, lots of space to relax, and beautiful ensuite baths. The first suite (on the left) has a jetted tub, a separate shower, and two walk-in closets. The second suite (on the right) has a separate shower, tub, and a walk-in closet. Though similar, every detail has been taken into consideration. From the blend of tiles in the shower to the texture of the natural stone countertops, and from the statement lighting in the bedrooms to the refined pattern in the carpets; everywhere you look, there is something else to savor.
The third bedroom is versatile and can be used as a flex or media room, but it’s perfect for guests too. This cozy space has its own ensuite full bath and huge wrap-around closet ideal for seasonal storage.
The amenities of Plaza I at Turtle Creek are second to none: 24-hour security and valet, although residents will also have two assigned parking spots. Next on the list are the 24-hour concierge services that are available and the state-of-the-art pool and fitness studio.
You could also consider entertaining more often because you will have access to meeting rooms and the Conservatory, a space just perfect for gathering even more friends and family or hosting a small event for your favorite cause. Residents of Plaza I are members of the Mansion Club, an exclusive membership with discounted access to Mansion restaurants and suites.
This building truly does combine everything we love about luxury living with the unique urban style that only Dallas can offer. The area is much like an oasis because the surroundings make the area highly walkable. Not far from some of the best restaurants and shopping around, it’s also easy to join up with the Katy Trail to explore much more of our great outdoors. To the south, you’ll find Reverchon Park, a 46-acre park along Turtle Creek that sports a playground, pavilion, and facilities for basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis (just to name a few). To the north, Turtle Creek Park (supported by the Turtle Creek Conservancy) has been a natural oasis for Dallas residents and visitors since 1903. It’s easy to sense the peace one can find in these twenty acres of natural beauty in the heart of the city.
It may be surprising, but not far away, in the cozy community of Highland Park (between Mockingbird Lane and Beverly Drive), is another wonderful place to meet neighbors and enjoy a little taste of luxury. Dallas Country Club, founded in 1896, spans more than 100 acres and offers magnificent views of Turtle Creek and the historic skyline of downtown Dallas. The Club is a private, full-service social Club that can serve your family for every occasion. You can also work on your golf game nearby at the one-of-a-kind City Golf Club.
