What inspired you to get into real estate?

I wanted a change, and the desire to become a resource to friends and family who need guidance inspired me. I have been interested in real estate since I was in college, where I earned my real estate license and began renovating homes to sell as a hobby.  Fast forward many years, and I decided to make a change and start a second career to do what I am truly interested in doing.

What’s your favorite part about helping clients buy or sell a home in the Dallas area? 

Knowing they are making a wise decision by investing in the Dallas metroplex. Dallas offers economic and educational opportunities, affordable living, cultural diversity, and plenty of things to do for entertainment like professional sports, the arts, and outdoors. It is a great place for anyone to hang their hat; you can't go wrong choosing the Dallas area.

If someone is new to Dallas, what’s one neighborhood, restaurant, or hidden gem you’d recommend they check out?

For a family experience, I would recommend visiting Arbor Hills for a walk and The Star for a Cowboys tour and entertainment. For couples, dinner at Delilah in Dallas has a neat art deco atmosphere with live entertainment.

What’s one piece of advice you always share with your clients? 

Regardless of the economy, you should always be buying real estate, especially in North Texas.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your free time? 

I love practicing yoga, fitness classes, nature walks, gardening, and trying out new restaurants and traveling.
