4 Nonesuch Road has all to do with the founders of Iconic Neiman Marcus; it is a true Lakewood landmark legacy estate, and is available for the first time in almost 30 years. Stanley Marcus named the street Nonesuch Road because the city of Dallas had such a hard time building a road to his estate when building his Landmark, modern home in 1937.
